The pregnant songstress sports a T-shirt with a unique barcode in her ad to benefit the Keep a Child Alive foundation. Other celebrity supporters include Usher, Jay Sean, Kim Kardashian, Ryan Seacrest, and hubby Swizz Beatz.
Each ad has a scannable technology built-in allowing users to use their cell phone to donate money to help give life to millions of people affected by HIV/AIDS in Africa and India by providing medicine, food, and shelter.
“With the money raised [at the Black Ball], KCA can now help save even more lives affected by this horrible pandemic,” stated Keys. “With the launch of the BUY LIFE campaign, I’m confident less people will needlessly have to die because of lack of proper healthcare.”
